HELP!!! Get rid of a headache without taking medicine?!

I know this sounds weird but if you take the bottom of your palms and squeeze your temples really hard for a few seconds. For some reason the pressure relieves my headaches. Give it a shot. Also, squeezing the soft spot on your hand in between your thumb and index finger (fairly hard) helps.

Try putting pressure, a good bit of it, on that soft spot between your thumb and pointer finger.
