Trying to get toned for summer help please?!


Question: Trying to get toned for summer help please?
I need to go on some kind of diet here before i ruin my health x] I only weigh 115 though, but its not about losing weight its about keeping my body healthy! And you can't eat a bunch of junk trying to get toned!

What are some different things I could eat for breakfast, lunch and supper. Maybe 5 different things for each category. :)
Also I should mention I do not eat red meat, or potatoes, but i'm open to anything else!

As for exercise, I need to get my stomach and legs toned, but right now i do not have the money to get a 300 dollar gym membership. What are some exercises I could do everyday to tone my stomach and legs for the summer?

Also I'm 15 so how many calories should I be eating a day?
