Question: Does being insulin resistant make you tired?
I just found out I was, because I have too much insulin in my body. My doctor put me on Metformin, and ever since I've been on it I feel like I have more energy. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Yes! I just started Metformin 'bout a month ago. I have sooo much more energy. I catn tell if its only because of the Metformin (at the same time I was diagnosed w/ Insulin Resistance I was also dx'ed with PCOS and Hashimotos). I started meds for Hashimotos 2 months ago, felt better, and then w/ the Metformin this month I have felt even better. Much more energy.
