why are my hands especially fingers always getting dry and lots of little cuts?!

for about 3 months now my hands are super dry and cracked. i cant make a fist without them cracking more and water hurts alot when i wash my hands or dishes. im only 19 years old. ive tried hand cream called moisture therapy for really dry hands it didnt work, ive tried rubbing lemon on them and tht dont work. i also tried rubbing alcohol and it worked for only a day. does anyone know why this is happening? my boyfriends sister says its bc Clorox but i dnt touch it anymore w/o gloves on!! plz help me this pain is too much!! thanks!!
