I am 17 years old and for past few years I have had a mole on my upper lip. Its a little bit smaller than an eraser of a pencil. I HATE IT!!! Im so self-conscious about it and I just want it gone. Im always teased because of it and it really makes me lose self-confidence and I dont like to do things in front of people(speaking, or just standing or anything) because I feel thats all they see. So can i get it removed? A few days ago it started to burn when I washed my face and today it bled(only a teeny tiy bit). What does that mean? If I can get it removed, how much would it cost? I have Gateway Insurance, so could that pay for it? Please help me.. my mom said that u cant get a mole removed. I heard otherwise. So please help! no jokes! thanks in advance

it could be a sign of cancer. and of COURSE you can get a mole removed.... I'm not sure what she was thinking?
Plastic surgery will remove it but quit messing with it and it will stop bleeding. I have a similar mole on my face, just learn to ignore it and other people will too.
Moles can be gradually killed with apple cider vinegar. Eventually they turn black and shrivel up.
