How to help with my sleeping problems?!


Question: How to help with my sleeping problems?
I'm a thirteen year old girl and I have recently started having trouble sleeping- about a week ago.
My bed time is about 9:00 but I just can't fall asleep. I always have to read for an hour or so.
But then I'm still not tired. So I'll spend some time on my iPod and go on facebook and things.
I will try to close my eyes and spend half an hour to and hour attempting to sleep, but failing.
There's also some kind of insect, crickets maybe, that sit outside my window and make weird breathing noises that I can always here.
I try relaxing music, beach and wave sounds, tea before bed- nothing works.
On top of that I have now started waking up from 3:30 to 4:00 in the morning from nightmares.
During the week I get up at about 6:30 and whenever I awake I am absolutely shattered and exhausted.
I am then tired and yawning all through the day and not up to anything and it is driving me crazy.
I really need some help, anything to help me sleep and to fix the above issues.

The problem of yours is called Insomnia its is one of the increasing problem. it also depends upon what you eat in your dinner. if you had not eaten sufficient as per your daily diner then your stomach may remain empty and you are not able to sleep.

you should carry out some work in your day time so that you can get tired and as soon as you fall on bed you quickly went to sleep.

you should go for cycling, play outdoor games,etc do such work that makes you tired. i pod or surfing will not make you tired but it will make you addictive o them

may be you can also carry out some exercises, but playing is the best exercise.

watch less TV, surf less, insted you can go out and enjoy!!!

so generally is you can't fall asleep until 10:30 to 11.
9:00bedtime + 1 hour reading + 30 mins or so ipod and things.
how about moving your bedtime back since you can't sleep, or your eyes aren't tired.
if your eyes feel tire, you'll be out within 5 to 10 mins.

had the same problem



get a pest repeller and plug it into your socket and then you wont hear the bugs around in your windows, they'll leave cause they hear a loud sounds themselves but you cant hear it
