Question: What does drug relapsing mean?
There is someone I know that has been off methamphetamine for almost 2 months, and has recently been very depressed and crying over nothing and I think it might be due to the meth urge. I mean his life has gone from being a near Lawyer to having absolutely nothing......So does the crying and being depressed all the time due to drug relapsing?

It could have anything to do with the drugs, whereas the person had withdrawals and then went back to the drugs, they'll be getting all kinds of reactions/side effects. In a way you kind of go crazy with all the drugs messing with your mentality and emotions. That's what drugs do to you!
