Shoulder separations are graded from from type 1 through type 6.1 and 2 rarely need any surgery, mostly rest ,etc. Ask your doctor if physical therapy is needed. Just remember, if you should happen to fall again on this shoulder,it could turn into something much more serious.

Is that what they call shoulder dislocation ?
If that is the case, you must be extremely cautious about your judo.
You can't pretty much do nothing about a shoulder dislocation .
good luck.
Here is someone steps in, and categorizes dislocation has 1-6 degrees.
The fscking docs bastardized the medical system. They will tell you, ye, you have a
1st stage dislocation, we can treat that, and at the end you will be perfectly alright !!...
These guys are looking at you insurance. Soon you will develop a 2nd, n 3rd, n + + +
dislocations.
Stay away. Stay away from anything that strains your shoulder. You can live a normal
life, carry the grocery, drive a car, climb a tree, do push-ups with your dislocating shoulder.
You wont be able to lift weights as a weight-lifer does, though or you wont be able walk on your hands.Does those scenarios give a clear picture? what you can do and you can't ?
Do not make it any worse.
Good luck.
