Stomach pain? What do you think is wrong?!


Question: Stomach pain? What do you think is wrong?
The pain started last night and was quite sharp around my bellybutton. My appetite has really gone and I feel quite queasy. Today the pain is still there. It's a constant dull nagging pain but occasionally there's a sharp pain in my lower right abdomen. What do you think it could be? Do you think I should go to the doctors to get it checked out?

Yes! Go to a doctor or even the emergency room. Those are symptoms of appendicitis, I know that sounds scary and I'm sorry but I'm being honest for your benefit. I had those symptoms last month, I was in so much pain, I thought it was appendicitis and so did my mom who works in the medical field but it turned out to be an ovarian cyst that ruptured. But the queasiness and where the pain is sounds exactly like appendicitis. Appendicitis tends to start in the bellybutton area, then move towards the abdomen.

Please, please for your sake go get yourself checked out! It could be nothing but you don't want to take your chances. I hope you're okay, and that you get better!
