Is it bad to drink decaf coffee when you're sick?!

Question: Is it bad to drink decaf coffee when you're sick?
I have a sore throat, migraines, constant shaking, and nausea. Not to mention my lower back hurts very bad. I may have strep throat and/or a very bad fever. I mean, I'm freezing... and it's currently 80 degrees where I live.
I love coffee, and my dad buys decaf just for me, because I'm aware that too much caffeine is bad for you.
I'm freezing and decaf coffee is the only hot drink we own living here in Florida.
So, should I not drink it being as sick as I am? Should I balance the dehydration factors of it with 3 cups of water? Or just not drink it at all?
Please help.

drink it. you seem to be aware of the diuretic effects. good for you. lots of water, and enjoy the decaf.

i think it;s okay, but i'm no doctor.

Drink all that you want. It won't hurt you. Have your dad run out and get some tea. Hot tea always makes me feel better. Even more so than hot chocolate.

coffee enema makes it all go away

depends WHY you drink it
