When you use the FITT formula to develop your cardiorespiratory endurance, you will need to

1-exercise 3 to 5 times per week for 20–60 minutes, depending on where you are in your maximum heart rate.
2-exercise once a week for no more than 20 minutes.
3-exercise frequently at night.
4-exercise every day for 2 hours.
