I use to do ecstasy a lot many years ago, when I was a "club kid". I always did it safely, or as safely as you can. I knew who was making it and what was in it. I got lucky and never had any problems but I know a lot of kids who did run into problems.

There are many, MANY reasons not to do it. For one, it makes your body burn at a higher temp causing you to overheat and may even cause brain damage. It could contain anything in it. It may contain uppers and downers (speedball) causing a lethal reaction, it may contain poisons. You never actually know what is in the pill since most are made in peoples basements. It has been proven that it causes holes in the brain, even after only one low dose use. You can go into cardiac arrest. You can have "flashbacks" of the visuals that were seen that night. It lowers your I.Q. and messes with your short term memory. It affects brain chemical levels, such as seratonin and will make you emotionally unstable for days afterward. It depletes vitamins form your body, It dehydrates you. It's illegal. The list goes on and on. It is one of the worst drugs out there because it seems ok and fun, unlike crack or herion, but it does have serious consequences.

All this is coming from someone who still goes to raves and has no problems with people doing drugs, but I feel they must be educated on the after affects and if they still choose to do so, then so be it. That was their mistake. I personally have not touched anything in years.

Kandi Kid :)

It could be laced with a lethal poison or laced with a toxic carcinogen that could leave her brain dead for the rest of her life..
