Question: Can I get a cap put on my water if I can prove I need to have a bath to chill more often?
Basically my daughter very hyper an to both put her in the bath every night(calm her down) and me have one to chill would help us both but im really worried about water bill so I try to limit it to a few a week and then showers.

This kind of help is available through social services in your community. Get a doc to prescribe this water treatment then go through the system. Shouldn't be too difficult to get help.
