How do I relieve "chronic" stress?!
Question: How do I relieve "chronic" stress?
I'm a sixteen year old girl who feels tense--as in, fists clenched, legs tensed up, chest tight, shoulders tight, face frowny, heart racing--often, sometimes for no discernible reason. How do I relieve that or feel it less often? I do practice yoga, but it doesn't always help. Any ideas?

Puff on some "chronic"
i would say have urself checked out...ask them what they would suggest maybe you have alot on ur plate? GL try to breath and relax 16 is to young to be stressed out :o)
