Can you get high off of perfume?!

You can't get high off of perfume. You can get a headache or get dizzy due to the smells overwhelming your nose and brain but that's far from a "high". In fact, he'd probably get a better "high" spinning around really fast a bunch of times. Tell your friend to get a better hobby.

yea you can def. not reccomend it given it offsets your Oxygen content in your body but yes youc an by just sniffing it for a while

He probably smells it until he gets dizzy from it. I get dizzy from perfume when I smell it too much.
