Question: Why does my stomach make weird noises?
Yeah, my stomach makes some of the weirdest noises! Like it can growl, sound like a backed up car and various other things. Im not hungry and i dont weigh very much (i think ive been losing weight too)
Its sometimes painful if it does it for more than 3 seconds but its ok, is this normal or WTF is going on?!

ROFl at the other comments. anyway ask yourself this how long has it been doing that and have you tried any new foods. Maybe you should go to webmd.com and click on the symptom checker.
