There are all kinds of meditation type solutions for stress, and they work really well, and will continue to work for you all of your life, in many different stress situations. I like Yoga best. Yoga teaches meditation, and with practice you can bring on calm in just a few breaths.
In the short run, stress headaches are very often a result of the faces you make when you are stressed (I know, sounds doubtful, but still true). some people can smile at themselves in a mirror, activating a part of our brain that mirrors the emotions of others, and temporarily get rid of these tendencies to make a painful face. Some people find help to stop making these tension faces by running a strip of tape across their forehead between their brows, so that they can feel the tape buckle up when they are making forehead frownies. Some people can use a headband or tight bandanna to keep their forehead flat.
Nifty side effect to training yourself out of forehead tension headaches is that you will not get the wicked Wrinkles :) The effect of frowning on chronic headaches was discovered during the use of botox for wrinkles... people botoxed found they no longer got headaches!
I have abt the same problem. Seriously wen I wake up I feel like throwing up and in class I have medium headaches,nearly EVERYDAY & I'm only 12! I noe this is gonna sound weird but I drink water/power[gator]ade outside in the fresh air take a deep breathe and I feel somewat better lol(during passing time; I don't ditch lol. Good luck I also reccomend u tell ur mom/go 2 doc it cud b some' serious. (like mygrain somethin like dat haha)
