Why are my sinuses hurting so much in this heat?!

Question: Why are my sinuses hurting so much in this heat?
My sinuses are hurting so much. My head is aching and it is very hot in summer at the moment. Are my sinuses swelling up in this heat, because a few weeks ago they didn't hurt this much, only after I drank lots of milk? Is this normal, because I had these weird sinus infections last year and something that sounds like bronchitis and a few allergies, but my sinuses only hurt sometimes because of all that mucus build up? What is it now?

Shitty answer, H. Animelover, if its dry there, that can cause discomfort. Try boiling water then leaving it on low to humidify the air....or get a humidifier....one way to know if this will help is to see if you feel better for a bit after a shower or bath.
And back to the shitty person who answered first: dont troll this forum to be an ***. If you dont want to answer questions, gtfo of this topic.
