Did I go into shock? What do I do now?!

Question: Did I go into shock? What do I do now?
Last night I got too high I'm never doing it again.
So I only started recently but yesterday was the strongest effects I've ever experienced and the worst night of my life. I have a heart condition which doesn't help...

Well when I walked a few steps I literally collapsed of breathlessness, I remember blacking out and falling back but my friend (who was also high) said she only saw me sit down. Then I was breathing real heavy my heart was beating so fast I was pleading for an ambulance, she told me to chill and we went home (despite I could barely walk because I kept having the urge to breathe heavy). We drank and ate everything to sober us up, then I started panicking again and I was saying I was going into shock?

My head felt like it was on fire and my legs were trembling, I had pins and needles everywhere so I put my legs up (something I saw on TV when you go into shock?) and just rested for the next few hours like that because my body felt so shocked and tight.
I'm still having these moments of breathing heavy and my heart has hurt slightly but it's mostly when I'm relaxed.

I suggest you give up taking drugs!

You weren't in shock.
Shock occurs after something like an accident or anything violent like that. Shock can also occur after witnessing something shocking.
When the body suffers shock your face becomes grey or very, very white. You feel like you are about to faint and will if you continue to stand. As this draws blood away from the brain and to the heart which is racing.
Your pulse rate would be extreme.
You get numb hands, fingers, feet, toes. And you start to shock.
Breathing becomes rapid as you hyperventilate.

People in shock need to be dealt with medically and straight away. An ambulance needs to be called. Someone in shock that is not treated can die.
Putting your feet up when in shock, is also used if you feel dizzy and faint too. Doing that takes the blood from the feet and takes it to your heart and face, making you feel much better as the blood pressure returns to normal.

You were going to faint. You were not in shock. This would have been caused by the drugs you had taken, and panicking.
You weren't in any real danger apart from the drugs you took.
Having a heart condition and mixing drugs would create even more DEADLY problems. The mixture I would say would be what started this whole thing.

What were you taking?

If you still feel unwell, then you need to see by your Doctor. I strongly suggest this as he needs to check your heart.

you just got too high, like you said.
its has poisoned your body. give it a while to get out of your system and if I were you I wouldnt try it again.

Just keep doing that and you will be dead within a year.

honestly, haven't you had health class? best advice? Just avoid the stuff from now on, go to your doctor asap (i'm pretty sure they keep your health stuff confidential) and get some new friends.

sounds like you had a panic attack they suck i know but you will be okay if you keep away from all that crap from now on
