Question: Any idea what could be causing these symptoms?
Last night my heart started beating faster, as if I had been exercising, but i was just sitting eating my dinner. later in the evening I started feeling quite hot but everyone else in the house said it wasn't hot. Last night I slept for 12 hours straight, which I never do, and when i woke up in the morning I was freezing but really sweaty. I have also been having slight shortness of breath since i woke up this morning and been unusually thirsty.

might be the beginning of a cold, but if you think about things a lot, you notice them more maybe.
Hm... That's Really Interesting cause I have the EXACT same thing sometimes.. not exactly sure what it's from but it does sound Familiar. Especially the Heartbeat and Unusual thirstiness. Go see your doctor maybe? Hope it helps :D
