That won't be true. All newborn babies are carefully checked for abnormalities which includes the areas between their legs. If something was in the wrong place or missing at birth they would have acted on it when you were a baby. You WILL be normal. You just haven't worked out what's what yet.

If you go to Google and put safe search onto 'STRICT' (that is vital), type in 'female genitalia diagram' then click on images. You'll be able to look at diagrams which will help you understand your body.

Your probably not developed yet some people develop slower then others you just might not have a clitors cuz your body doesn't one one now
Also there is such thing as a people born with there urethra higher or lower then it should be you should look it up cuz I forgot what its called but you should also ask a doctor if your brave enough to ask here your brave enough to ask your doctor in the real world
