god man this just sounds like a case of the stomach flu. or some sort of virus or bug i've had that kind of situation when i was 9. i cant believe you dont have a car. go to your nieghbor and ask to use the phone to call the doctor! it's probably just a stomach flu but you NEED to go to the doctor to have this checked out obviously.

Throwing up is not a sign of the flu, people; it is a sign of the stomach flu (which is different from influenza).

Most likely you just have some form of foodborne illness. It should probably be getting better by now; if anything it should be pretty much subsided by tomorrow. Just wait it out until tomorrow - if things do not get better or if things get worse between now and then, you should probably seek medical attention.

Tough it out. The most they'd do for you at the ER (after making you wait) is give you fluids. So your choice is to stay home, drink plenty of water, eat what you can, and recover, or go to the ER, get an IV you don't really need, and leave with a $1500 bill. Take Tylenol or Ibuprofen if you have a fever and take it easy.

You probably have some form of food poisoning or influenza. Just wait it out. If you are vomiting for more than 78 hours or having diarrhea for more than a week, definitely contact your doctor.

I just got over the same thing. It could be the swine flue. If you stomache gets alot worse then go to a neighbor and call 911
