Question: Got stoned, had a bad trip and it's the day after and I still feel high?
It was my 3rd time smoking, but my first by myself. I had a reallly bad trip, and now the day after it feels like im still high. I exposed myself to alot of spearmint oil... are there any adverse effects? i dunno im rambling....

There shouldn't be many adverse effects but you may become permanently wasted..

Seriously, perhaps your system is "telling" you something such as staying away from outside substances that may cause a high.

Regarding the spearmint oil, this site (albeit not for professional or school research since anyone may submit information) says how that type of oil may damage mucous membranes and the upper respiratory system. According to the "article", if swallowed, that type of oil can injure the heart, kidneys and liver.
