Why would i bleed from my va**na when i cough sneeze or go #2?!

I get so many people saying its probably ur butt bleeding and thats hemroids but no once ive wiped tp comes off clean when i wipe my front area i have bled and its every time. what could this be? it also happens when i cough or sneeze. i have a doctors appointment on the 17th but i am curiouse if anyone has ever had this problem.... when i looked it up i could also only find women who were pregnant asking this but as far as i kno im not pregnant. so has anyone had this issue? if so what was it from?
