OUCCH my upper&lower back is killing me?!?!


Question: OUCCH my upper&lower back is killing me?!?
right at the top of my back where it joins tot he neck is killing me, like a stabbing pain, and my lower back like above my bum is also a stabbing pain, and my stomache hurts so much, i feel like im going to pass out, this pain is UNBEARABLE. i had this on monday but i went away after 2 days, and now its coming back, i remember it last time i couldnt sleep all night! i already took 2 paracetamols about 2 hours ago so i cant take any more painkillers yet!
whats wrong with me omgomgomg

You need to get this checked. Common causes of low back pain include lumbar strain, nerve irritation, lumbar radiculopathy, bony encroachment, and conditions of the bone and joints. Other causes of low back pain include kidney problems, pregnancy, ovary problems, and tumors. Uncommon causes of low back pain include Paget's disease of bone, bleeding or infection in the pelvis, infection of the cartilage and/or bone of the spine, aneurysm of the aorta, and shingles.
