Kidney Pain do to medication?!

I was prescribed Prednisone and Ciprofloxacin HcL to treat fever and body aches i had for the last 3 weeks. This is my second day using them, and I noticed after a few hours of taking my first doses my right kidney started to hurt. The pain didnt go away and now it is very painful. Could it be the medication causing it? I had no pain until i started to take them, and they are for kidney infections and autoimmune problems. I looked up both perscriptions and neither one of them say anything about side effects being anything to do with the kidneys. Its starting to get very painful and i dont think i should stop taking them because they could be treating something.
