I have a problem with my body?!


Question: I have a problem with my body?
I feel like I am fat. Everyone says I am skinny and stuff but I don't think so. Sometimes I don't eat lunch or breakfast and eat a lot when I get home. I was thinking about binging and purging but I realized how dangerous it is and I'm not going to do that. I am so conscious about my body. Would you consider me anorexic and what should I do?

Why are you conscious of your body? Did someone say something to you? My ex bf use to tell me how fat I was and constantly put me down because of my weight, which caused me to develop an eating disorder( I would take laxatives everynight). Maybe you are bulimic if you have considered binging/purging....the best thing for you to do is see a counselor. I wish you the best of luck because eating disorders are very tough, I know first hand. You have resources for help, like doctors, and support groups. Go to one of them. And one other thing, eating disorders are not attractive so take are of it before it gets way out of hand.



Anorexia is when someone is skinny because they don't eat. If you admit you are anorexic, then you are admitting that you are not fat. Being too skinny is just as disgusting as being too fat.

Get over it. Even if you are fat, so many people have many more problems and lead happy lives. If you are 18 or older, I am willing to look at a picture and tell you whether or not you are fat. I am honest as hell too. My ex-girlfriend got too big. When she did I told her I was breaking up with her because she was getting fat.



Don't do that to yourself, I know from experience. I am beleamic. Once you have developed an eating disorder, it is very difficult to get over. If you feel fat, then you can exercise and eat healthy. Trust me, it is much better. I am almost 17 and I have been beleamic for about a year and a half. I am trying to over come it.



I know exactly how you feel. you're not anorexic, but you could be at risk for an eating disorder. If you feel self conscious start really watching what you eat and exercise more to lose weight. I'm like that too. Dont start binging and purging, its better and healthier to just try to watch what ya eat and exercise. good luckkkkkk



Im the exact same way! I dont really know what to do either, I came on here too look for what to do like you did! But what I think I might do is eat healthy-er and try to work out some more, like go for runs and yoga things like that I think could make the tinyest difference. Goodluck /;

You don't necessarily have a problem with your body. Talk to a counselor. You need to learn to respect and feel better about yourself.



Instead of skipping meals and throwing them back up, just maybe eat balanced meals with healthier choices.
