Could be a number of things. Could by hypoglycemia. I have that and I get really weak, shaky and hot. You should go to your doctor and he/she should be able to help.

sounds like a virus, maybe the flu. in the most extreme case, it sounds like you are exhibiting facts of lymphoma. i suggest scheduling an appointment with your docter pronto

Go to a doctor. Unless you are doing something to make yourself lose weight then something could be wrong.
