Did I have some mild Hypothermia?!
Question: Did I have some mild Hypothermia?
Yesterday the temperature was 30 degrees about all day and I was stuck outside for about 6 hours in a hoody and jeans. After all that time I got to where I could no longer feel my toes my fingers were turning purple, and then finally I got to a building and started warming up a little bit then I started shaking so bad i couldn't talk, All i could do was stutter horribly and about a minute after that I had throbbing pains all over my body because I was finally starting to Warm up. I have no idea what my body temperature was at that time, but i know it had to have been pretty low. My normal body temperature is only 96.8 F (yes that is accurate) Today I am tired and a bit weak but all my body parts are ok, I was very worried about my toes but they seem to be fine.

Yes, you might have had mild hypothermia. Or you might also have Raynaud's syndrome. Raynaud's disease is a condition that causes some areas of your body — such as your fingers, toes, tip of your nose and your ears — to feel numb and cool in response to cold temperatures or stress. In Raynaud's disease, smaller arteries that supply blood to your skin narrow, limiting blood circulation to affected areas.
