I forgot to take my medication, what should I do?!

I keep smacking my cat with a whiffle ball bat, crying in the laundry room, pissing in my dish washer, throwing paint at pedestrians that pass my home, picking my sphincter, i smashed my brand new plasma screen tv, I ate 6 lbs of playdoe, and constantly keep going outside my house screaming "the apocolypse is coming, should I bury my head"....is this normal or should I get checked out, cause persona;lly i think im pretty fine.
