i went to the doctor today and got a shot for my sinuses is it safe if i drink alcohol tonight?

I think it's ok, it depends on what he gave you. If it was an antibiotic then yes you can drink. If he gave you anything that wasn't safe with alcohol then he would have told you not to drink.
Be on the safe side? Just hold your alcohol for abit :D
