But maybe you can look up some trustworthy specialists near you and call them to ask for further details. If anyone should know better; its them :D

you are still a minor and a doctor can not treat you with out your parent's consent. besides this how would pay for the visit or the meds he may prescribe for you? you need to tell your mom what is going on with you, and if you listen to those voices and cut yourself you will be in even worse straights.

You need to tell your mother...that is pretty serious stuff. She's not going to get mad at you for taking care of yourself and being honest with her.
