Not enough sunlight? That would cause you to feel down. Get more sunlight. Work out. But just in case think about what might be bothering you.
dont stress about it, just pick yourself back up
-try doing something that makes you happy/that you enjoy
-hit the gym (the chemicals your body releases when you exercise make you feel happier)
-remind yourself of all the great things in your life
-masturbate ( I am being perfectly serious - same chemicals as when you exercise)
-do something way out there - something you've always wanted to do but never had the balls to actually go for
-spend some quality time with fam + friends

as boys we tend to think smarter and more litteral about things compared to the females and most things in litteral terms are pretty miserable, but you have to look past logic to seek happyness and what not, watch the first star trek
its called puberty. it results in severe mood swings, pain, in-proportionate body sizes, hair in odd places, and a bunch of other suckish symptoms.
