Seriously bad constipation? PLEASE help?!

Question: Seriously bad constipation? PLEASE help?
I am having rly bad constipation
But I've been eating LOTS OF FIBER! (including flax, oats, prunes, chia, apples, etc) So I think that's not the problem

stool is hard, small and thin or hardly anything, and hard to get out even..

WHAT CAN I EAT OR DRINK TO MAKE MYSELF GO ONCE AND FOR ALL??
I can't go and buy any medicine for it so don't suggest it please

I heard it could be my liver needs to produce more bile? I could be wrong, but what common food stuff make livers produce more bile?

Any other helps or ideas on what's my problem will be helpful, thanks

I recommend dissolving 2 teaspoons each of UNrefined salt, & ascorbic acid (vit.C) in water & drink in the morning. This should alleviate fatigue, headaches, dizziness or constipation caused by dehydration. Make sure you drink lots of water.

Refined salt may not be healthy, but UNrefined salt is vital to good health.

Salt and water work together to do important work in your body, including stimulating your metabolism, helping you detoxify, support your adrenals and making sure your nerves, hormones and immune system function properly.

Unrefined salt contains over 80 minerals. Natural (unrefined) Salt is 85 % Sodium Chloride and Processed (refined) Salt is 98 % Sodium Chloride. The refining process ensures that salt won't go rancid, but eliminates all of salt's life-sustaining properties.

Take magnesium the night before.

If the constipation just started give your body time to absorb the fiber. Try drinking coffee-it's like a laxative for a ton of people. Drink lots of water. Dont strain.

Drink more water.

In the small intestines, the contents is quite fluid. It is
when it reaches the large intestines, known as the
colon, that most of the water or fluid is absorbed
back into the body, so that the stool (bowel movement)
is formed.

Fiber is good, but fiber needs the intake of lots of
fluids so that it doesn't become a blockage instead
of flowing softly through the colon.
Increasing the amount of fluid you take in and
regulating the amount of fiber each day so that you
aren't taking an overdose of either the fiber or the
water(fluid) should help.

There is a muscle at the end of the rectum that
surrounds the bowel movement. Try not to
strain when you do go to the bathroom...there are
veins in that area and when you put too much
pressure down there...they can turn to varicose
veins there and this is known as Hemorrhoids.

Bile is made in the liver and flows through tube
like structures known as ducts. It flows from the
inside of the liver to the gallbladder to be stored
and concentrated. When we eat and what we
eat reaches the first part of the intestines
(known as the duodenum) then hormones are
released that signals the gallbladder to contract
and pushes the bile to the common bile duct and
it flows down to the intestines to help emulsify
the fats we eat so they can be digested and then
absorbed. I do not believe you want to increase
your fat content in your diet. This won't help your
constipation. You could try, however, taking a
teaspoonful of olive oil (it may act simliar to
mineral oil that some use as a laxative)

Some people get, what is known, as a sitz bath.
They fill the plastic sitz bath with warm water and
sit in it for awhile. The warmth from the water helps
relax the muscle in the rectum and it also will put
water into the part of the bowel movement that
has to exit the body. Sitz bath is best, but you
can use another container or bathtub if necessary.
However, it doesn't work as well.

These are just a suggestion.

I hope this may be of some help.
