Question: I need some scar ointment that works!!?

I have a bunch of scars all over my legs from bike wrecks. It's embarrassing to wear shorts or mini skirts or even swimsuits! Don't recommend Bio-Oil; It's waaaaayyy too expensive. It needs to be cheap. Under $15, please. If you can tell me about some generic something like that. It can be cream, oil, or anything like that. Thanks!!!

I've been in more "accidents" than you can imagine... (people think I'm clumsy, but really, I'm just a girl of extremes) so I know this works:

Mederma. I've used it on everything, and I've only got about 5 scars (and they aren't bad, considering how bad the cut/burn was)

The generic equivalent works just as well.

It works best the sooner you put it on.

Also, AS SOON AS YOU GET CUT, but Neosporin on it and cover it with a band-aid. This will minimalize scarring in the first place.

If you have sensitive skin, use Mederma for kids.

scars don't go away you do know that right? (well I depends on the type of scar, like the kind you need stiches for,they don't go away and can only slightly fade away) the other type takes a couple of years or months to heal, if your serious about this,see a dermatolagist, no one here can give you a right answe
