Question: I took Fenugreek and I'm a guy?

This is a re-post. I posted this question in another section and I didn't get answers. I took Fenugreek thinking that these were herbs to help you like fight off sickness ect. I have read that it enhances breast sizes. I took two capsules. Now right now, I'm feeling a little ill. The thing is, does it only take one time for you to take them to develop breast or do you have to keep taking them. I have never heard of something that happens one time with herbs unless it was something really powerful.

They positively will NOT make you grow breasts. You probably feel ill due to anxiety. If you took fenugreek every day you would never grow breasts. As far as that goes a girl could take it every day and it wouldn't make her get breasts either. It does have some influence to increase lactation in women who are already breast feeding. That is about it.I have drunk fenugreek tea many times in my life and do not have any breasts. I have taken it for sore throat mainly.

PS Look up fenugreek and erectile dysfunction. It is a main ingredient in many 'herbal viagra' preparations. So you won't grow boobs but you may get a woody.
