My Chin just went numb?!


Question: My Chin just went numb?
I got my chin wet, left it, and its numb, it feel strange-like numb. Its numb a little on the bottom, not moving, its strange, should i see a doctor? Also, it looks like little bumbs on it. Is it dry skin? Something bad?
