um, yea u pretty much just answered your own question, if you dont inhale it wont go in your lungs, but you can still get mouth cancer and there is really no point in my opinion to not inhale, if you dont need to inhale your probably not addicted and i would strongly advise you as a smoker who has tried to quit several times not to become addicted. trying to quit smoking sucks some serious @$$

and no leah its not common sense, it has been programmed into your head to not smoke since it was found to contain carcinogens and many harmful chemicals through media, bans, school events, etc.

yes you actually can just dont suck in after the smoke is in your mouth if that makes sense. you will actually feel it go into your lungs
