Question: Can second hand marijuana smoke show up on a hair follicle test?
ok so i have a drug screening test for my job which will be my career on the 17th. about a month ago i showed up at my friends house and they were in their car smoking pot. for the most part i stood outside because i knew they were smoking and i knew i was going to be having a drug test soon..it was getting cold so they offered me into the car and said theyll continue to blow the smoke out the window..i wasnt in the car for more than 10 minutes at most 5 at least will i have an issue at my test? Also note that i do not do drugs i just have some stupid friends

:) you are worrying excessively. If you took a shower (which I presume you did in the last month) all sort of residue would've been washed out.

Second hand smoke doesn't just got on your skin but inside of your body. If it was a month ago then there should be no issues. But it all depends how long and how often you stay around smoke. It can last 3 days and some all the way to 90 days depending on the potency of the drug and how much is smoked or in your case how many times and how long you hang around those that do smoke.



No mate, it won't. It may show up but at such a low level testers will know its not enough for recreational consumption. A small bit of second hand smoke will be out of your sysyem in a few days to a week.

They test for a metabolite of thc and without regular consumption you'll be fine.

Even if you did come up positive (which you won't) you could always contest it knowing your clean.

I don't want to sound condiscending but why do you call your friends stupid? Either they are and shouldn't be your friends or your being mean.

So what its a little bit of weed, its not the end of things.
