Help me with an eating disorder?!

Question: Help me with an eating disorder?
Hey everyone. I know you are all probably thinking that I am bulimic or anorexic, but I am not. I actually overeat. I have depression and I don't wanna take medication for it, yada yada. But anyways, I noticed that I eat when I get angry/sad, when I am bored, and simply just when I am hungry. Long story short, I am ALWAYS eating and I want to know how to switch eating with something more productive but I just don't know a way to go about this problem. I am coming to you guys for help because I have been getting a little chubby lately (I am not obese, just slightly chubby) and my metabolism isn't handling all this food like I'd hoped it would.

PS) My mom and grandma have depression, and my mom knows I have depression and we have tried seeing a psychologist but things just didn't work out. I hate talking about myself/my problems so I just want to solve this on my own. I did however start going to the Anxiety Group thing at my school and it went well (only went once so far).

And please, don't answer with mean comments D: I am already an emotional wreck as it is.

Well there a few things that you can do. First, you can try to get another opinion by seeing a different doctor. Sometimes that does the trick. Another thing you can try is eating healthy. If you are always eating celery and carrots, you are still eating and getting healthy. I am pretty sure it is the sugar that you are addicted to, that draws you to eat. I would also look into vitamin B3. If you have Netflix, you should watch "food matters" on instant.
