Frankly, this is something that you should be researching yourself because the process can teach you.

Here are some sites that might help although I'm sure you already have the links:

To be more specific, here is the nursing care plan for glaucoma it includes a down-loadable chart:

Here is one symptom list - read several as some lists may be more comprehensive than others:

Here is the nursing care plan for Parkinson's disease - I've read it and it is far better than what one hears in a neurology appointment. Nurses may not realize how important they are.

You can find symptom lists all over the web. If I were you, I would look at both the early warning signs, the precursor symptoms, and the symptoms seen at the time of actual diagnosis. Please know that in Parkinson's the symptoms can vary a great deal from patient to patient. Although PD is characterized by TRAP (Tremor, Rigidity, Akinesis/bradykinesia, and Postural Instability) there are many non-motor and some psychological symptoms as well. And of course, several differential diagnoses.

This is a precursor symptom list - it is based upon current knowledge:

If you want to learn about Parkinson's disease, this overview is a must read:

I hope this gets you on the right track. You need to do the actual work yourself.

As the wife of a PD patient, I want the professionals to be able to have a broad knowledge base and to be able to actually think. I have no problem with taking print-outs to the doctors' appointments or with studying the physical problems my husband manifests and devising exercises to address them or mini-exercises to help with Orthostatic Hypotension of the disease and/or medications. But I also want to know that when I speak about the problems, someone will understand what I am talking about, have a broad knowledge base including alternative treatments and be able to offer suggestions.

Maybe Disuse syndrome for the parkinsons and risk for injury for the glaucoma??
