What is normal bowel movement?!

Question: What is normal bowel movement?
This is a strange question, but I have to ask.

Normally, I go poop about once a day, which I thought was pretty average. Recently, I moved to England, and I'm not sure if it's the change in diet, but all of a sudden, I'm pooping 3+ times a day! Is this healthy?

Normal bowel movement is actually depending and varies from one person to another. There are people who normally poop 1x a day, 2x a day or even 3x a day. If you already have poop for 3x a day ever since, then I could say, what happens to you is just normal.

People do several time going to the comfort room because of L.B.M. then, that is because of the food they eat and bacteria have caused the pooping. If you have changed of diet like you increased your fiber intake, then that could be the cause as well. Food high in fiber like fruits and vegetables are big factor in your bowel movement.
