I have a white blister on the back of my heel, what should I do?!

Question: I have a white blister on the back of my heel, what should I do?
Like it says, I have a smallish blister on the back of my heel (1/4inch tall by inch and a half long). It's completely white (looks like a ton of dead skin, but you can tell there's pus underneath it), and doesn't hurt at all. It's just kind of annoying that it's there, and I'm afraid it's going to pop while I'm wearing socks and shoes (I work on my feet often, so I don't want it popping while I'm in the middle of working). Any suggestions on how to/if I should pop it and what to do after I do?

Answers:

soak your foot and pop it.
rub some alchohol on it, and let the air dry it out for a few hours.
then you should be good with a band aid.
