Question: Do you think I will be well enough to play in my hockey game tomorrow?
Saturday i barfed a lot, from 8pm-12:30ish am, i barfed every hour or so, but i haven't barfed since 12:30 am now, and it's 2:35 pm at the moment. Today i don't plan on eating anything, just gingerale probably. I have a school hockey game tomorrow, and it's an important game and we are missing plenty of players so we need as many players as possible. Right now i feel a little nauseous, and i would leave school around 1pm, because the game is at 2:15pm. Do you think I will be well enough to play? should I even go to school? i dont want to get behind on stuff.
What should I eat/drink to help me get better?

Answers:

Try to eat something, like crackers, bananas, rice, toast. Anything pretty solid and easy on your stomach. If you manage to eat something and it stays down, it was probably only a 24 hour thing. If you are not able to eat anything today and keep it down, you are probably not well enough to play tomorrow.
