fast heartbeat and anxiety, I'm only 18?!

Question: Fast heartbeat and anxiety, I'm only 18?
Yesterday was the worst for it, I was sitting in the movie theatre and half way through I started feeling extremely uncomfortable and my heart was pounding. The action movie definitely contributed but I felt discomfort for mostly the rest of the night.

When I went home I was home alone (usually sister and mom are there) and I felt my usual paranoia. The paranoia was then followed by a feeling of uncomfortableness and fast heartbeat. It got to the point to where I was in tears and went and stayed the night at my dad's. Luckily the Tylenol PM knocked me out and I felt fine all night, but as soon as I started moving in the morning, I felt the discomfort and a seemingly fast heartbeat.

Ever since I graduated high school my life has become mostly sedentary and I know that definitely is not helping my health.

I'm wondering what you think my problem might be? Could it be anything like bipolar or an anxiety disorder? I am seeing my doctor ASAP.

Answers:

Fast heartbeat and chest pains are a sign of anxiety especially if you already think you have an axiety problem. Youre doctor will probably prescribe some axiety medication to help you out. :)

You need to smoke a joint and chill. Also quit worrying about stupid crap.
