is their a rehab for cutting and body issues?!

i was wondering if their is a reahb for cutting nobdy know i cutt but i do and im scared for them to find out about this but i know i need help. Also i dontwant therepy i want to go to a rehab facility. i just need to leave home and school and focus on me. I need to stay in a facility that an help me. i dont have a massive problem with cutting but i do cut and i also dont have a eating dissorder but i do hate the way i look and sometimes i skip lunch alot or i wil eat lunch in the bathroom becasue i hate eating with ppl and i also only feel like i can trust me so i just hide out
