How to overcome junk food OBSESSION?!


Question: How to overcome junk food OBSESSION?
I love junk food, and i have quit the habit of always eating it, but i still snag an oreo or two when i feel like it. My parents are obese and love junk food, and im 15 and weigh 210 pounds at 5'3. I need to start losing wieght, but i always give in to food! I go to food when im bored, or i stuff my face at meal time. I need to make change....please help!! Im desperate!

This is a common question. The answer is non common answer. What does it mean to you to get your HEALTH to where it needs to be? If you can't answer your why for wanting to loose weight, or if your why is not deep enough, you will never loose it.
The actions are secondary... Eat more often, less food at each setting, stay away from sugar for at least 4 to 6 months. Last but not least, exercise. Even when your bored, get out the house and take a walk. It's easy to do, and easy not to do..

Yeah I'll go with walking as a health tool. It not only helps you stay fit but it also helps your brain fight depression.

So whenever you're bored or feeling down, don't eat, take a walk!
