ok try this: put your alarm (i use my phones alarm) and put it on the highest possible volume and place it under your pillow. When it goes off in the morning literally JUMP out of bed, cuz once your out of bed you dont wanna go back in. If tht doesnt work, put the alarm on the other side of the room so u have to get up to turn it off, unless you end up sleeping through it like moi O.o
um.. a while ago i used to get my mom to come to my room when she heard the alarm go off and put a wet towel on my face or squirt me with a squirt gun. she usually isnt very happy about my bed being soaking wet BUT IT WORKED (:

oh forgot to mention dont put on music as the alarm sound or you'll sleep right through it, try something disturbing :D
Get the loudest alarm you can find and place it across the room so you have to get up and turn it off. You can also use a radio alarm set to a station you hate.
I would pour a bucket of ice water over you. I'll bet you'd find a way to wake up after that.
Get to bed 1hr. early. If that doesn't work, get to bed 2hours earlier. Don't take anything that makes you wake up in the middle of the night. Avoid caffeine during the day, and dinner late in the evening.
