Question: Bacterial vaginosis? please help!?
i am in my teens and for the past week have been suffering from a smell down their. i believe that is is coming from inside the vagina. i have done a lot of research but i have questions about tests to conform this.
what are my options for testing? are their any options that dont apply to a gyno going up in there? i would like to avoid that as MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

At Walgreens or CVS or stores like that, they sell these tests that can give you an idea of what is going on down there. Rather, it will tell you whether the pH balance is normal. Get one of those tests and see what happens. But really, if this is concerning you, it's best to go to the gyno. They can take a look down there and see if you have a yeast issue or there is too much bacteria.
Unfortunately, personal experience. It sucks to be a girl.
