Will he die.. :'( please answer it serious?!

Question: Will he die.. :'( please answer it serious?
I just got a shiz tzu puppy yesterday.. Hes the runt.. He fell of the table.. He landed on his feet but went in to shock and rolled ovEr. and stoped breathing for a second but my mom blew on him and he started. Then got a bloody nose just a lil bit. so we take him to the vet. In the car he started moving around. When we got the vet she said that he was a lil cold but that's commen with lil dOgs. Also he looked really white. And his lungs were bleeding. So she get him on oxygen and he starts moving around alot so that's good he was pink also good. There keeping him for the night the vet didn't say anything abOut him living or dieing.. I feel like the whole things my fault.. Do you think he will die? :'(

Wanted to add to my comments in the other copy of this question:

One of the key reasons I'm concerned here is that (a) its a puppy, and (b) your description of what happend afterwards sounds more like a seizure than a response to trauma.

A portosystemic shunt is basically abnormal blood flow around the liver. Rather than going through the liver, blood can bypass the liver. This can cause toxins to accumulate in their blood, which can eventually impact their brain, causing a seizure. The seizure could easily have caused the fall, rather than vice versa. (and obviously would have had nothing to do with you). The seizure could have caused some mild bleeding in to the lungs.

There is a surgery that can be done in some (not all) cases to correct this. If I were your vet, I'd be going looking for this.

I'm a vet student

Please don't worry or blame yourself. Animals fall a lot, we try our best to avoid that but we cannot be with them all of the time. I am sure your little dog will be just fine, you are very kind to take him to the vet and give him the best care. I wish you and the little man the happiest of times together.

Your puppy should be fine, if for some reason something happens to it, it is not your fault.
